Question 1

How do I know which bracelet size to order?

Accepted Answer

Measure your wrist with a strip of paper and match it to our chart — Kids 12–14cm, Small 14–15.5cm, Medium 15.5–17cm, Large 17–19cm. Cord and chain styles are adjustable, so they cover two sizes comfortably.

Question 2

Are the necklaces adjustable?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our necklace styles come on adjustable chains, so you can dial in the length to sit where you like.

Question 3

How long does UK delivery take?

Accepted Answer

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are posted the same day. Standard tracked UK delivery usually arrives in 2–3 working days after dispatch.

Question 4

How much is shipping?

Accepted Answer

Standard tracked UK delivery is £2.95, and it's free on orders over £25. The delivery charge is shown at checkout.

Question 5

Can I return something?

Accepted Answer

You have a 14-day legal right to cancel, plus 30-day returns on unworn jewellery in its original pouch and box. Email hello@signedbyyou.co.uk with your order number for a free UK returns label.

Question 6

What is the jewellery made of?

Accepted Answer

Our jewellery is 18K gold-plated, not solid gold. We choose pieces that are gentle on skin. To keep the plating shining, avoid perfume, swimming and showering in it. If you have a known metal allergy, please message us before ordering.

Question 7

Are these suitable for children?

Accepted Answer

Our bracelets and necklaces are designed with younger wearers in mind, but small charms and beads mean they're not suitable for children under three.

Question 8

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Pay by bank is available. Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay availability is shown at checkout; wallet options depend on your device.

Question 9

Where is my order?

Accepted Answer

You'll get a tracked dispatch email as soon as your parcel leaves us. Email us with your order number if you need an update.
